Shipping
When purchasing any software, excluding USB key, the license will be sent via email within one business day. Any items that require a shipment will be sent as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours unless it is a custom product.
Return Policy
Returns are generally allowed for equipment only, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Equipment returns are only allowed if sent back to us in the original packaging within 15 days in new condition. Please pack items in a separate box and reference the RMA number given to you by EBP. We cannot accept any return where damage or alteration to the product or original packaging exists.
We do not accept returns on software, only exchanges as allowed by the manufacturer. You can try out the software for a free 30-day demo before your purchase.
